Culture eats strategy... yes, we’ve all heard that. But since it's more than just a phrase, we do everything we can to ensure that Havas is more than just an employer. #LifeAtHavas means providing a safe and inclusive environment for everyone. We love when things are vibrant. Diversity is a proud part of our DNA and the foundation of our culture, just like the people who work for and with us. We combine backgrounds, talents, perspectives, expertise, and hairstyles that could not be more different. In our Havas family, we celebrate the idiosyncrasies of each style. It’s one of the few things in which we are absolutely uncompromising.
Wanting to but not (yet) being able to is never a problem. We believe in open dialogue and a mindset that overcomes barriers. Because we want to make things possible. This also means that we provide every member at Havas the offers, opportunities, and training programs they need for their individual development.
